WHAT IS THIS AWESOME NEW ZUMBA PROGRAM ?!?

 

This is a muscle conditioning program!

It uses your own body weight to gain strength, so there are no weights involved.

It's not Zumba Fitness dancing, but because Zumba is so awesome, the program is super interesting for the brain, (soooo not a boring workout), with achievable choreography, and music that was composed specifically to match the moves.
